Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join a healthcare team in Arlington, WA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hand therapist looking for scheduling flexibility and a 36-40 hour workweek.
Location:nd St NE, Arlington, WA 98223
Schedule:Monday-Friday | Flexible schedule | 36-40 hours per week
Schedule Option:Opportunity to work 4 days per week instead of 5
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients experiencing hand pain or functional limitations
- Provide individualized hand therapy and rehabilitation
- Treat patients recovering from hand injuries and surgeries
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC)
- Previous experience providing hand therapy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong patient-care focus
- Ability to work effectively with patients throughout the rehabilitation process
