Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Health Center Administrator Sea Mar Community Health Centers Exempt | Non-Union Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Health Center Administrator to lead the operations of our medical and dental clinics.

• Oversee daily clinic operations, financial stewardship, staff leadership, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner closely with clinical leadership to create a collaborative, patient-centered environment for multidisciplinary teams.
• Balance operational discipline with compassion to ensure strong productivity and financial sustainability.
• Protect the patient experience and support ongoing staff development.
• Advance health equity, access, and service excellence across medical and dental clinics.

• Bachelor’s degree required (health administration or related field preferred).
• Healthcare leadership experience in an ambulatory or community health setting.
• Strong financial oversight and quality improvement experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Starting Wage: $85,000.00 Annual (Salary Plan) + Based on Experience

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday with Some weekends

Salary - Salary Plan, 85,000.00 USD Annual
