About Our Property
Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring tree houses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

- Welcome guests warmly and respond to requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phones, book spa services, manage scheduling, and maintain guest records in the spa database
- Assist guests in navigating their appointments and facility amenities
- Sell spa services and retail products; process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk, retail area, spa, fitness center, pool, and locker rooms
- Perform hourly facility rounds, restock towels and robes, and replenish locker room products
- Confirm group details one week in advance
- Attend department meetings and support Spa Management as needed
- Excellent computer skills required.
- Two years of customer service experience desired.
- Ability to obtain a CPR Certification.
- Someone with a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to explain, recommend, and promote the variety of Spa menu items.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Part-Time
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- 11am-7pm (typically)
- 17.13 / hour + Commission
