Overview

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional with an energetic attitude to make a difference in each guest's day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will provide superior guest satisfaction by attending to the guest's needs, such as answering questions.

The candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment. Occasional exposure to high-concentration cleaning solutions, dust, dirt, or grime may occur. The noise level in the work environment is low.

• Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed

• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Compensation: $17.13 - $17.75 hourly
