Review the Event Order and assignment sheet to determine function requirements;
Stock, and maintain meeting rooms to ensure events meet guest expectations;
Meticulously complete cleaning inspection for each meeting room and assigned area;
Report any guest request changes to the F&B Manager;
Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests
