The Night Auditor is responsible for providing overnight front desk coverage while completing daily audit and accounting tasks for Lake Quinault Lodge. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains guest safety and security overnight, and delivers courteous, professional service to guests during late‑night and early‑morning hours. This is a part‑time position.

Hourly rate: $19.00.

• Provide overnight front desk coverage, including guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest assistance.
• Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions, room charges, and payments.
• Prepare and submit nightly reports and audit documentation as required.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and folios following established cash control procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and late‑night needs calmly and professionally.
• Monitor the lodge during overnight hours to ensure guest safety and security.
• Perform basic problem‑solving and, when necessary, escalated issues to the Manager on Duty or on‑call leadership.
• Ensure front desk, lobby, and guest‑facing areas remain neat and orderly overnight.
• Support early‑morning setup tasks, including preparing reports for the day team.
• Follow all Aramark, Lake Quinault Lodge, and National Forest Service policies and procedures.

• Prior front desk, hospitality, night audit, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, or audit experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight hours.

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
