The Housekeeping Attendant maintains and upkeeps cleanliness of guest rooms and designated areas as per the standards of White Point. Maintenance and cleanliness equipment and storage spaces. Follows established safety & security procedures.

- WHMIS
- Secondary school diploma is preferred

- Communicates with the Executive Housekeeper or designate to determine the list of tasks to be completed during the shift and relays completed task information as instructed.
- Checks housekeeping information sheets, computer printout of line
- Stocks cart completely
- Checks the cleanliness and good working order of the equipment
- Order of rooms according to POF check‑ins, check‑ins, then stays and check‑outs as available
- Maintains cleanliness of guest rooms as required including furniture arrangements, ashtrays, abandoned dishes, floors, light bulbs
- Cleans and sanitizes guest room washrooms, restocks paper supplies and soaps, deodorizers
- Cleans and sanitizes change rooms daily, including restocking of paper supplies, soaps, removal of used towels, cleans and sanitizes shower stalls
- Cleans administration offices following frequency schedule
- Follows procedures implementing standards as outlined in ISO housekeeping manual
- Greets guests
