Housekeeping Lead

Aramark is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Lead to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality and travel sector's housekeeping staff, ensuring our facilities are orderly, sanitary, and welcoming. The Housekeeping Lead will be instrumental in maintaining Aramark's high standards of service, leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include management of the housekeeping staff, supervision of daily cleaning and maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
• Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and excellent guest experience.
• Handle inventory management and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping protocols and standards adherent to health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve guest issues related to housekeeping service.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, budget adherence, and staff performance.
