LOCATION:
Nespelem, WA.Basic Functions:
Non-Exempt - The Cook Senior is responsible for the preparation of all meals and snacks, assuring that all meals are prepared conforming to the menu and recipes. All meals must be prepared in a timely manner and presented in an appealing manner.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High school diploma or GED Knowledge of Dietary requirements in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
Knowledge of long-term care setting
Ability to organize work duties in order to complete all tasks as assigned within the shift.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to successfully clear a Criminal History Background Inquiry that indicates nofelony or conviction/s on the DSHS Secretary’s List..
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 2 feet andbe able to push, pull, move; and/or carry said weight a minimum of 15 feet.
