Prosser Memorial Health is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide direction and support to employees and leaders in HR initiatives. This includes recruitment, benefits administration, and leave management.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 4-6 years of HR experience, and proficiency in MS Office and payroll systems. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills along with discretion in handling sensitive information are required.
