This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!

Requirements

* Oversee and support recruiting and onboarding of new employees;

* Update, maintain, audit HRIS systems;

* Generate HR reporting and metrics;

* Support production in tracking employee training;

* Assist in achieving HR departmental goals, programs, and projects;

* One year HR experience;

* High School diploma or equivalent preferred;

* HR/Recruiting experience preferred;

* Bilingual Spanish/English required
