Job Overview
Senior Human Resources Partner (Sr. HRP) to serve as the single‑threaded HR partner for Leo's Production Operations Corporate (Prod Ops) organization. You will support aerospace manufacturing leaders in navigating Amazon's people‑management culture while maintaining operational discipline.
In this role, you will own the Corporate manager experience end‑to‑end, operating as an independent strategic partner. You will drive performance management, employee relations, talent decisions, compensation guidance, policy consultation, organizational change, and crisis support for a 24/7 aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build sustained advisory relationships with corporate managers and senior leaders across Prod Ops, acting as a thought partner on complex people matters.
- Work backwards from managers’ needs to simplify processes, champion AI‑first approaches and leverage AI‑native tools to deliver proactive insights and scalable mechanisms.
- Partner with managers to ensure fair, bias‑free performance evaluations, coach through sensitive conversations, and support talent processes and job code changes.
- Lead workplace investigations and disciplinary guidance, partnering with GCER and Legal on complex or high‑visibility cases, monitoring sentiment signals, identifying patterns, and building interventions that address root causes.
- Provide expert consultation across the breadth of the HRP portfolio, including compensation, policy governance, exits, crisis management, and organizational change.
- Contribute to Leo‑wide initiatives such as acquisition integration planning, proactive ER/LR strategies, and expansion activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of human resources experience.
- Experience implementing processes and delivering core HR solutions in large‑scale, complex environments.
- Experience independently leading workplace investigations and managing multiple high‑priority assignments simultaneously.
- Experience coaching and consulting with managers at all levels on performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Export Control Requirement:
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, or hardware engineering organizations with diverse professional leadership populations.
- Demonstrated experience building AI‑enabled workflows or mechanisms that scale HR processes and reduce dependency on manual support.
- Demonstrated ability to build sustained advisory relationships with senior leaders and drive organizational change in high‑growth, complex environments.
- Strong business and HR acumen with demonstrated problem‑solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical rigor.
- Experience partnering with ER/LR teams on preventative and proactive intervention strategies, designing out root causes and addressing emerging patterns before they become cases.
Base salary range: – USD annually.
