OverviewHampton Lumber is seeking a people-focused HR Manager to provide both strategic and hands‑on HR leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle—including recruiting, development, retention, and compliance—while helping maintain a workforce that drives our competitive advantage.
The HR Manager serves as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team, providing consistent guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This position requires a strong presence in the mill, supporting employees and supervisors while fostering a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.
