Overview

FT 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, provides direction and support to employees and leaders in carrying out HR initiatives and deliverables. Partners with other HRBPs in serving as the first point of contact to employees and leaders and partners with HR team members in areas of recruitment, benefits administration and leave management. Supports other HRBPs through covering work in absences, provides experience and knowledge with HRBPs regarding Employee / Labor relations, employment, talent acquisition, leave management and internal client services.

Routinely meets with assigned Client Leaders to maintain current understanding of the department’s operations in developing and delivering Human Resources service. Serve as an educator in working with leaders when introducing new processes, technologies or other related HR initiatives. Provides mentorship and coaching support for peer HR Business Partners and assists with enterprise-wide initiatives. Because of the sensitive nature of data and information handled, the Sr.

HR Business Partner must exercise utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in the performance of work. Demonstrates discretion/confidentiality as work responsibilities frequently concern confidential and/or sensitive information.

Qualifications

Required: BA/BS required. Four to six years recent Human Resources employment experience with full-service HR experience supporting multiple departments / service lines of business required. Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Access. Proficiency with UKG or other Payroll systems required. Ability to quickly learn new computer applications and systems. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management skills and attention to detail required.

Demonstrates discretion/confidentiality in the course of performing duties.

Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $35.26 - $53.46
  • Incentive Compensation: Eligible for up to 5% of annual salary through the incentive program
