Job Summary Supports the mission and vision of Summit Pacific by coordinating and executing full-cycle talent acquisition activities for a wide variety of positions across the organization. Assist hiring managers in attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Coordinates recruitment efforts for clinical, non-clinical, leadership, and provider positions, including limited physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
This position provides dedicated support for organizational strategic plan execution and serves as a key resource in advancing Summit Pacific Medical Center's strategic priorities. The role is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and facilitating strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring goals, action plans, and deliverables remain on track. Unlike existing positions, this role includes oversight of strategic program implementation, organizational performance metrics, and enterprise-wide project coordination.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing trends and outcomes, preparing leadership and board-level reports, and partnering with leaders to drive accountability for strategic goal attainment. The position will also oversee assigned programs and initiatives, support continuous improvement efforts, identify opportunities for operational effectiveness, and ensure timely completion of strategic objectives. Through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration, this role helps advance organizational priorities while providing dedicated oversight and support not currently encompassed within existing team members' job descriptions.

This is a fully on-site position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at our facility. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities Performs full-cycle talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding for a variety of healthcare and non-healthcare positions.
Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to address workforce needs across multiple departments.
Creates a positive experience for applicants, candidates, hiring managers, and new employees by ensuring timely communication and efficient movement through recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assists hiring managers with recruitment planning, interview processes, candidate evaluation, and hiring procedures.
Coordinates onboarding activities to ensure successful integration of new employees into the organization.
Supports recruitment and onboarding activities for physicians and advanced practice providers, including candidate communications, interview coordination, onboarding, and transition activities.
Coordinates provider recruitment visits, travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and community tours as needed.
Partners with Medical Staff Services, department leaders, and Human Resources staff to facilitate provider onboarding and practice start-up activities.
Develops and maintains recruitment marketing materials, job advertisements, social media content, and sourcing campaigns. Requires regular meetings with stakeholders for sponsorship of key positions.
Builds and maintains candidate pipelines through networking, educational programs, job fairs, and professional organizations.
Maintains applicant tracking systems, recruitment records, onboarding documentation, and recruitment metrics.
Assists with workforce planning initiatives, recruitment reporting, process improvement projects, and other Human Resources programs.
Represents Summit Pacific at recruitment fairs, community events, educational institutions, and professional meetings.
Serves as an active and involved member of the Human Resources team and performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Responsible for ongoing competency in technology and software platforms both internally and externally.
