Location: Penrith
Foxgroves Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract across Cumbria (Carlisle, Kendal or West Cumbria). The role leads a four-person HR team, deputises for the Head of HR, and drives operational HR delivery across multiple schools and sites.
You will manage employee relations, TUPE processes for new schools, and change programmes, while overseeing payroll/compliance and contributing to HR system improvements.
