Schedule: Full-Time | 30 hours per week
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Qualifications
- SHRM Certified Professional certification preferred
- Prior office experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Records Management – scan, organize, andmaintainpersonnel records and HR documents
- Coordinate and respond to incoming HR help tickets, emails, phone calls, and in-office requests,demonstrating strong and prompt communication with professionalism
- Recruiting Support – assist hiring managers and HR staff with navigating applicant tracking systems, supporting the full-cycle recruitment process and preparation for recruiting events
- Reference Checks – conduct and document employment reference checks for candidates in the hiring process
- Compliance Tracking – track, communicate, andassistemployees inmaintainingthe licenses required for their positions
- Coordinate with instructors for available space, materials, and messaging to staff of available trainings
- New Employee Orientation Preparation – coordinate and prepare materials,logistics, and scheduling for new employee orientation sessions
- Onboarding –assist with the pre-hire process through maintenance of background checks and compliance procedures
- Timecard Assistance – support employees with time and attendance questions, timecard corrections, and system navigation
- Access Help –assistemployees with system access requests, badge access, and troubleshooting access-related issues
