Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Special Education or related field
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
- Strong adaptability, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly integrate into new teams and settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and families
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to support students' unique needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
