Lunch And Playground Supervisor
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance for children during the lunch program. This person must supervise children to ensure a positive, safe, environment for children to eat and enjoy recess time through group interaction and physical exercise.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to frequently walk and stand, and occasionally sit.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull up to 12 lbs
- Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written instructions.
- Enforce school regulations and policies in a professional manner.
- Must possess a confidential and professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with fellow employees and pupils.
Working Conditions:
When weather permits lunch recess is outside, so supervisors need to dress accordingly. When weather does NOT permit, lunch recess will be inside; supervisors will walk the hallways and monitor classrooms.
