We are seeking a Controls Engineer 1 to join our team, focusing on validation activities within the telematics space. This role involves understanding the end-to-end customer validation experience by coordinating with the back office and running remote testing activities.
Team & ResponsibilitiesJoin a 6-person team within a larger group divided by functional areas; this role focuses on remote telematics testing. Conduct tests remotely without needing physical connection to the machinery. Perform a combination of desk-based analysis and hands-on machine testing (approximately 50/50 split). Troubleshoot systems, interact with wiring harnesses, and apply knowledge of controls and mechanical systems. Think proactively about customer experience to anticipate system responses before product release.
