Speech Language Pathologist in Washington, IL

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Speech Language Pathologist License
• Previous experience working in school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with young children and their families

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students PK-1st grade
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports as required
• Consult and participate in meetings focused on student outcomes
• Adapt therapy methods to meet the diverse needs of students
