Qualifications:- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License
- Previous experience working in school settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with young children and their families
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students PK-1st grade
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports as required
- Consult and participate in meetings focused on student outcomes
- Adapt therapy methods to meet the diverse needs of students
