- Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
- Enter customer data accurately into the Sales Force system to ensure high-level service
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and showcase service benefits
- Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, particularly in telecommunications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrated commitment to community support and customer satisfaction
