What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Enter customer data accurately into the Sales Force system to ensure high-level service
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and showcase service benefits
  • Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, particularly in telecommunications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated commitment to community support and customer satisfaction
