Overview

The Central Data Entry Technician role supports a customer-centric pharmacy team that builds relationships with patients by providing superior customer service. The primary responsibility is to provide prescription processing and call center services for all retail locations.
On the job training is offered for this role.
- Performs all data entry/administrative tasks when inputting prescriptions, physician orders, and pharmacy services
- Answers incoming calls and makes appropriate outgoing calls for all retail pharmacy patients/customers
