TrueScripts is seeking a Technical Account Manager to build and maintain partnerships for data exchange. You will coordinate data exchange specifications, update master data, and resolve daily data exchange issues across TPAs, brokers, and vendors.
In this role you will collaborate with account management, clinical, analytics, and development teams; manage onboarding of new accounts; and ensure accurate file loading into the claims adjudicator through mapping and testing with partners.
