Read, interpret and understand manufacturers' equipment manuals, preventative maintenance task sheets and safety policies;
Perform equipment adjustments and repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns;
Monitor equipment performance and inform maintenance and production supervisors of potential problems;
Provide hands-on training and direction to lower-level mechanics and technicians in servicing and maintaining equipment;
Keep equipment clean throughout the shift and during deep clean after shift
