Float Clinical Assistant - RN, LPN or CMA

Responsibilities

• Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
• Meets the communication needs of patient and family.
• Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
• Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures and standards.
• Communicates with provider and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

• Current Indiana RN license, LPN license or CMA certification
• Proficient in drawing blood for labs
• Excellent computer skills
• Good customer service in daily operations of a busy medical clinic
• Clinic office experience preferred
• Experience with EHR preferred
• Team player in a fast paced office setting with excellent customer service skills, excellent skills in patient assessment, and critical thinking
• Flexibility and the ability to multi‑task is a must
