• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and responsibility reflective of professional expectations with minimal supervision.
• Triages patients safely, rapidly and accurately upon entry to the emergency care system.
• Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow.
• Communicates with Emergency Department physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology and diagnostic study results.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response.
• Compensation: $33.00 - $45.00 hourly.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Indiana registered nurse licensure.
• Current BCLS, ACLS and PALS certification.
• Experience with TNCC within 2nd year.
• Successful completion of arrhythmia course.
• Basic computer knowledge.

• Eligible for the Choose Southern Indiana Program, offering $5,000 to recent college graduates (within 6 months) from within Indiana or experienced workers from out-of-state who relocate and gain employment.
