Salary

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour.

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping and thanking customers, preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping entrances safe and secure.
