AI Workflow and Business Systems Specialist

Delaware Valley Companies is looking for an experienced professional to help modernize and automate operational workflows across our organization using AI, automation, and business systems integration.

This is NOT a passive AI or traditional IT role.

We are looking for someone with hands‑on experience using AI to improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and solve real operational problems.

Initial areas of focus include estimating and project management workflows, with future opportunities across operations, finance, AR/AP, and business systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• AI workflow automation
• ERP/business systems (Net Suite experience preferred)
• APIs and software integrations (connecting systems and automating data flow between platforms)
• Operational process improvement
• Building scalable workflow solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy

Delaware Valley Companies manages paving and excavation projects across all 50 states and is positioned for continued domestic and international growth. We are looking to become a leader in using AI to improve efficiency, workflows, and innovation within the construction and paving industry.

This is a high‑visibility and critical role within the organization. This position is intentionally in‑office to allow for direct collaboration with leadership and operational teams, while observing current workflows and processes firsthand to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
