• Work with State Local Government & Education customers to understand their needs, missions, and define project goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including AWS members, customer stakeholders, and vendors, to create and execute plans.
• Guide customers through their cloud journey, leveraging AWS solutions and applying agile delivery methodology.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and project governance; create and deliver communications to stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction and expectation management.
• Travel to client locations as required.

• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience in leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements.

• 5+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.
• Active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI‑ACP, PRINCE2).
• AWS certification.
• Experience with Agile and project management toolsets such as Jira, Rally, Version One, or Taiga.
• Experience presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations.

Base salary range: 151,000 – 204,200 USD annually (varies by location). Additional compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
