Senior Supply Chain Manager, AMZL NA Topology Planning

Are you excited to drive high‑visibility, strategic logistics and technology solutions to help streamline Amazon's operations? North America Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Topology Planning is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills, supply chain knowledge, and technology experience to join our team as a Sr. Supply Chain Manager. This people‑manager position owns mid to long‑term topology strategy, site selection, site approval process, short and long‑term build plan management, and topology optimization engine/tool improvement for Amazon delivery station planning.

The role requires working with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions such as outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales, and operation planning, and involves regular interaction with the leadership team and critical decision making. The position also involves developing and implementing ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, creating additional value, and driving automation for productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own mid to long‑term topology strategy, site selection and site approval process
  • Manage the 3‑year build plan and ensure incremental capacity delivery in a CAPEX‑optimized manner
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain functions (outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales, and operation planning)
  • Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement, simplifying processes, infusing AI in daily repetitive tasks, and driving automation across the board
  • Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion
  • Lead a team and develop direct reports to consistently deliver valuable projects
  • Communicate expectations and requirements effectively with business and technology teams
  • Write well‑reasoned and data‑driven proposals, performing data analysis as necessary
  • Utilize problem‑solving skills to work through difficult challenges
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field

The base salary range for this position is USD  –  annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
