UX Researcher II, Global Procurement Technology
Job : | Services LLC
Amazon's Global Procurement Organization is on a mission to transform how procurement works at Amazon scale. We build the technology that powers billions of dollars in purchasing decisions, and we need a UX Research & Design Lead to shape the future of that experience.
About the RoleIn this role, you will lead end-to-end UX research and design for both external-facing and internal-facing procurement tools used across Amazon's global operations. You will conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to deeply understand customer needs and translate insights into design decisions. Leveraging AI and emerging technologies, you will simplify complex user journeys, drive efficiency, and reimagine how teams interact with procurement systems.
You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous, large-scale problems into intuitive experiences. You will spend approximately 75% of your time planning and conducting user research—from generative discovery through evaluative testing—to uncover how people understand, trust, and interact with AI systems. The remaining 25% will be hands‑on UX design work, translating research insights into interaction concepts, prototypes, and design artifacts.
