Senior Broadband Fiber Product Manager – responsible for driving market leadership in T-Mobile’s home and enterprise broadband fiber business, coordinating cross‑functional teams and industry partners to deliver scalable broadband solutions.
Responsibilities- Define fiber/broadband product roadmaps aligned with market needs and operator requirements
- Evangelize strategy internally and externally, gather requirements, and influence stakeholders across technology, procurement, operations and equipment partners
- Coordinate product activities among internal stakeholders, fiber business partners and equipment providers
- Establish and oversee business relationships with fiber technology partners
- Lead cross-functional alignment across internal teams to support and execute broader Fiber initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate the definition and harmonization of requirements across multiple organizations to ensure cohesive and executable delivery plans.
- Author and maintain Product Requirement Documents for Fiber related HW
- Identify new opportunities to deliver customer value and business growth
- Seek opportunities to speed time to market, streamline product portfolios and improve business efficiency
- Coordinate the evaluation of new technologies and services with T-Mobile cross functional teams
- Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to ensure architectural consistency and alignment toward a comprehensive end-to-end Fiber solution.
- Contribute subject matter expertise across various domains, offering input on hardware architecture, network infrastructure, and user-facing experiences.
- Champion internal Fiber‑related initiatives by evaluating hardware components and understanding their implications across the full system lifecycle.
- Provide product/feature recommendations to T‑Mobile’s Product Portfolio and Commercial Marketing teams
- Stay at the forefront of broadband technologies and contribute to long‑term strategic evolution
- 7+ years in consumer broadband, telecommunications, consumer electronics or related industry experience and skills
- 7+ years in Product Management, telecom engineering, or related roles (fiber, broadband, CPEs)
- Familiar with fiber‑broadband technologies (PON, ONT, FTTH, Ethernet, WiFi)
- Familiarity with emerging broadband trends: embedded‑AI, IoT integration, Wi‑Fi 8, USP/TR‑369, cloud‑based services, and relevant software stacks (RDK/OpenWRT/Open Sync)
- Experience launching large‑scale deployments with operators
- Strong knowledge of broadband industry including technology, suppliers, products, platforms and positioning
- Excellent analytical and business skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Strong communications skills with cross‑functional teams and at leadership levels
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $121,600 – $219,400.
