We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Support Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing ERP and other business systems and applications while working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. This is a key role in maintaining system performance, improving business processes, supporting users, and delivering technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities- Support, administer and maintain ERP and other business systems, ensuring they remain reliable, fit for purpose and aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and support system enhancements and implementations.
- Analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data insights to support informed business decision-making.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), system documentation, user training and ongoing system support.
- Provide end‑user support, troubleshoot system issues, and develop user guides and training materials.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure systems and processes comply with organisational standards, policies and procedures.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years' experience supporting ERP and other business systems and applications within a complex business environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with ERP, HR and CRM systems and applications, including system administration, implementation, configuration and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical business solutions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, along with a high level of general IT literacy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with large ERP systems, HR, CRM platforms and other enterprise business systems and applications will be highly regarded.
