Then, come join NEST Product Engg team within the Amazon Transportation Services and help us innovate the way packages flow to our customers.
Job Responsibilities- Define and manage a long‑term vision to improve business forecasting results through creating scalable metrics, pipelines and structures.
- Communicate with analytics peers and stakeholders to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business.
- Collaborate with transportation and tech teams to understand, anticipate, and respond to current and future needs.
- Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of self‑service analytic capabilities, and engineer data‑driven processes that drive business value.
- Connect with the Amazon community of AI builder professionals to stay current on technology trends, data tools and techniques to improve the performance of the team.
- Create and foster an environment that values and promotes an inclusive approach to problem solving and continuous learning.
- Build bar‑raising dashboards that trigger proactive actions, enable stakeholders to uncover insights, trends and opportunities to innovate on behalf of customers.
- Leverage querying and modeling languages, statistical models to fuel these data products.

- 5+ years of SQL experience
- 1+ years of processing large, multi‑dimensional datasets from multiple sources
- 1+ years of performing statistical analysis
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi‑TB) data sets
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
