Summary The Project Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and executing comprehensive Project Plans (PPs) in accordance with GSA AAS CO-approved requirements. This role ensures each PP is tailored to the scope and complexity of the project while serving as an evolving document throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Lead oversees project planning, scheduling, milestone development, risk management, team coordination, and customer engagement. They host project kick-off meetings, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of all cost, schedule, and technical requirements. What you will do
* Develop and deliver detailed Project Plans (PPs) in response to GSA AAS CO-approved requirements, tailoring each plan to meet the complexity and scope of the project.
* Maintain PPs as evolutionary documents, updating them as requirements, conditions, and risks change throughout the project lifecycle.
* Document project specifications, deliverable characteristics, organizational structures, workflows, applicable regulatory policies, risks, and mitigation strategies from project inception through closeout.
* Establish and track all project milestones with clear, unambiguous target dates.
* Provide an initial project schedule and update it monthly at minimum, tracking baseline start dates and percent-complete metrics.
* After PP approval by the AAS CO and AAS COR, schedule and facilitate Project Kick-Off Meetings at Government-approved locations.
* Host Kick-Off Meetings for all approved projects and supply structured agendas and detailed meeting minutes.
* Manage a team of employees and subcontractors-including Project Managers and Site Leads-ensuring alignment to cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements.
