• Lead comprehensive project life cycles for Amazon Air's critical infrastructure initiatives
• Manage substantial project budgets with precision and financial acumen
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and external partners
• Develop proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Drive data-informed decision-making through comprehensive project metrics and reporting

Your day will be a blend of strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, and hands‑on project execution. You'll navigate complex infrastructure initiatives, engage with cross-functional teams, and translate ambitious vision into tangible operational improvements. • 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience

• Knowledge of general AI tools
• 6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
