Duties
* You will serve as the technical lead and product owner for the design and development of a cloud-based data management environment referred to as Torp Net.
* You will write production-grade code for a full-stack, cloud-native application, migrating the organization to a single source of truth.
* You will integrate external technical expertise, coordinating with specialized security and software engineering personnel.
* You will ensure all developed software meets high-quality industry standards and successfully achieves an Authority to Operate (ATO).
* You will implement automated data validation and tracking mechanisms within the codebase to guarantee data integrity and ensure leadership can rely on trusted, live metrics.
* You will serve as the technical anchor for the Torp Net development team.
* You will lead Agile development sprints, break down stakeholder requirements into actionable technical tasks, and direct the daily project work of a cross-functional team of developers and data scientists. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 805, proficiency level Advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision. Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or field directly related to the position. The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position; OR Combination of education and experience:
Courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) as shown above, plus additional education or appropriate experience.
