Precision Ag Specialist

Papé Machinery Inc. is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist to support customers in getting the most from advanced ag technology. In this role, you will configure, calibrate, and support GPS, auto-guidance, variable-rate, and telematics systems on agricultural equipment, while training operators and growers in best practices. You'll analyze agronomic and machine data, help optimize productivity, and troubleshoot issues in the field.

As part of a family-owned, safety-focused team, you'll receive strong training, work with leading equipment brands, and build a long-term career serving key ag markets across the Western U.S.

Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and support GPS, auto-guidance, and variable-rate systems on agricultural equipment
• Train growers and equipment operators on precision ag technology and best practices
• Collect, interpret, and present agronomic and machine data to improve customer productivity
• Diagnose and troubleshoot precision technology issues in the shop and in the field
• Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to deliver integrated precision solutions
• Document work performed, service recommendations, and technology configurations
• Support demonstrations, clinics, and customer events showcasing precision solutions
• Stay current on OEM precision platforms, software updates, and emerging ag technologies
