Sales Engineer

Astound is seeking a Sales Engineer to support our high-speed internet, TV, and phone solutions for residential and business customers. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with sales teams to design, present, and validate broadband, video, and voice solutions that leverage Astound's fiber-rich network and advanced WiFi offerings. You will lead technical discovery, craft network designs, deliver demos, and create documentation for complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and present tailored broadband, video, and voice solutions for business and residential customers
• Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and support complex deal strategies
• Lead technical discovery, needs assessments, and network solution design
• Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to customers and prospects
• Create proposals, technical diagrams, and documentation supporting solution bids
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to validate feasibility and implementation plans
• Serve as technical subject-matter expert on Astound products and network capabilities
• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical evaluations
• Train internal teams on new technologies, features, and best practices
• Gather customer feedback to inform product and network improvements
