Greiner Buildings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Post-Frame Construction Foreman to lead a small crew building high-quality post-frame structures in Washington, IA
.
If you have at least 2 years of post-frame or general carpentry/framing experience and a passion for leadership, quality, and safety — we want you on our team.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a 2–3 person crew on construction sites
- Read and interpret plans and customer specifications
- Build complete post-frame projects including footings, framing, roofing, and finishing
- Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Follow all Greiner Buildings safety and construction standards
- Minimum 2 years of post-frame or general carpentry/framing experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights up to 30 feet
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs
- Top pay in the industry — hourly rate based on experience and performance
- Weekly pay and time-and-a-half overtime for 40+ hours
