Brava Roof Tile in Washington, IA, seeks a Polymer Process Engineer with 5–10 years of hands-on twin screw extrusion experience. You will optimize processing of polyethylene materials, troubleshoot melt flow and dispersion, and support scale-up of new formulations. Experience with recycled LLDPE film is highly desirable.
You will collaborate with R&D, quality, and production to improve yield, scrap reduction, cycle time, and energy efficiency while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
