Operations Specialist

Adapt Health - 505 Hwy - Responsibilities:
Support the operations team with discovery and training as necessary with Adapt Health processes;
Review required documentation to ensure accuracy and process, verify, and submit documentation;
Complete insurance verification to determine patient eligibility, coverage, co-insurances, and deductibles;
Obtain pre-authorization if required and process physician orders for insurance approval when required;
Navigate through multiple online EMR systems to obtain documentation and enter information into EMR;
Lead team meetings, train staff, monitor performance, and escalate complex issues
