What You’ll Do:

As an In‑Home Services Caregiver/Home Health Aide, each day offers the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful support to clients right where they feel safest r role is centered on creating connection and providing personalized care that makes daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable for those you serve.

Your day typically begins by reviewing your visit schedule and preparing for the unique needs of each client. No two days are exactly the same, but your focus is always on helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Day in the life of an In-Home Services Caregiver/Home Health Aide:

• Provide one‑on‑one personal care tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and comfortable.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility—helping clients feel their best and maintain dignity in their homes.
• Provide medication reminders and observe health changes under the guidance of healthcare professionals, offering peace of mind to clients and their families.
• Support transportation and mobility needs, which may include helping clients safely transfer, accompanying them to medical appointments, assisting with grocery shopping, or taking them to other important outings.

  We expect you to pick up shifts every month (
  Minimum of 12 hours
  ) unless you notify us about a temporary change in your availability. We may terminate your employment if you don’t regularly pick up shifts and are unresponsive to our texts, calls, and emails.

Please Note: We work closely with older adults, including those who may have medical conditions affecting their communication abilities. To ensure the highest quality of care and support, all team members are required to speak and read English fluently. This skill is essential for effective communication with our clients and for accurately understanding their needs.
