* Job Purpose:

**  - The 2nd Shift Entek Operator at BRAVA ROOF & TILE is responsible for operating and maintaining the Entek machinery during the second shift. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality roofing tiles, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production targets.

* Key Responsibilities:

**  - Operate Entek machinery efficiently and safely during the second shift.  - Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.  - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.  - Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow.  - Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.  - Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.  

- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.  - Assist in training new operators on Entek machinery operations.  - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.## Qualifications
** Required

Education:

**  - High school diploma or equivalent.

* Required Experience:

**  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.  - Previous experience operating Entek equipment or similar machinery is highly preferred.  - Experience working in a fast-paced, shift-based role.

**  - Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.  - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.  - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.  - Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.  - 6:00p - 6:00a (2-2-3) schedule.
