Compassus seeks a Volunteer Coordinator to model our values and coordinate volunteer services across patient care teams. You will interview, hire, train, and supervise volunteers, align workload with care plans, and ensure compliance with regulations.
You will work closely with the IDT to integrate volunteers into care, maintain records, deliver trainings, and report on program impact. A background in social services or non-profit settings is preferred.
