Emergency Room Registered Nurse – Weeknight

Washington, IA

Contract | Night Shift | Every 4th Weekend Required

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during weeknight shifts
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the treating physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical findings in the medical record

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Emergency Room or acute care nursing experience
• Ability to work weeknight shifts with every 4th weekend rotation

• Prior experience in a critical access or rural emergency department setting
• TNCC or CEN certification
• Experience with high-acuity and trauma patients
