** Job Summary**:
Quality control technicians are responsible for ensuring products meet the required quality standards before they get to the customer.
** Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Perform inspections and audits across all stages of production.
* Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications.
* Develop and maintain inspection and audit reports.
* Collect and record quality data.
* Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement processes accordingly.
* Develop and document quality standards.
* Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects
* Communicate quality and compliance concerns with urgency.
* Serve as a subject matter expert.
* Answer employee questions and provide education as needed.
* Adhere to established safety protocols.
* Other jobs as assigned.## Qualifications

* Education and Experience:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* 5+ years related experience required.
** Licensure/

Certifications:

*** Forklift Operator

* Physical Requirements:

*** Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, carry, and manipulate various items.
* Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
* Frequently required to stand and walk.
* Occasionally required to sit.
*
* Schedule:

*** 1st shift 6am-6pm.
* 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule.
