As a Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate at QC Supply in Washington, IA
, you'll be the master of all things inventory. From the moment products arrive at our facility to the final billing to our customers, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain making sure everything runs smoothly. Your days will be filled with the thrill of picking items, expertly packing them up, and ensuring they reach their destinations safe and sound through the shipping process.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English reading and understanding.
• Ability to function in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is highly preferred.
• Forklift certification is highly preferred.
• Strong computer, organizational and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail for customer service and sales support.
• Physical stamina and willingness to spend significant time on your feet.

• Knowledge in the agriculture industry and parts/equipment used.
• Experience working within a warehouse and distribution environment.
• Experience utilizing portable technology in a warehouse environment.
• Understanding of inventory control concepts.
• Forklift certification and experience with stand‑up and sit‑down lifts.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Problem‑solving and ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Strong multitasking, prioritizing, and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
